Do you support both plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants?
Yes, we work with both. If you are plan-managed, we can invoice your plan manager directly. If you are self-managed, we will provide the documentation you need for your records.
How much notice do you need for a booking?
We recommend at least 48 hours notice where possible, though we will always try to accommodate shorter-notice or urgent requests.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee, in line with standard NDIS transport provider practice.
What areas do you service?
We service Geelong and the surrounding Barwon region, including Newcomb, Belmont, Highton, Grovedale, and Torquay. If you are just outside this area, get in touch – we are happy to discuss options.
Is your vehicle suitable for all wheelchair types?
Our vehicle accommodates most manual and power wheelchairs via a rear-entry ramp with secure restraints. If you have a larger or specialised wheelchair, let us know in advance so we can confirm it is a good fit.
Do I need an NDIS plan to use your service?
No – while much of our work supports NDIS participants, we are happy to provide transport for anyone who needs a wheelchair-accessible vehicle.
